We are a 501c3 non-profit organization with the mission to create and provide jobs for adults with special needs and education alongside training for teens with special needs.

CG Jobs is our goal to create employment opportunities for individuals with special needs. Providing access to resources allows them to be empowered by their job skills and gain the confidence to fulfill their potential.
CG SMARTS
Educate yourself through CG Smarts and gain knowledge through the utilization of ABA concepts to improve the quality of life of those we serve.
CG AUTO WASH
Collective Generation presents, the CG Auto Wash, our CG Staff have been training and working hard to offer the best car wash services to our community. This Instructional is our way of showing you the step-by-step process and experience in person for our CG Staff and Customers. Join the CG Family today!

CG Merchandise is designed to be worn in any environment. We want our clothing to be a reflection of the the contribution that the special needs population provides in our community. All sales made from merchandise will be used to maintain operating costs and provide assets for our hard working employees!
